This page explains how JTS Commerce Limited (“JTS Commerce”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit jtscommerce.com or contact us, and gives our company details. We keep it plain. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].

What data we collect

When you use the contact form

If you send us a message, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, brand or company (optional) and your message. We use these solely to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to discuss working together.

When you just browse

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (including IP address) to serve the site securely and reliably. We do not build visitor profiles.

Legal basis (GDPR)

• Your enquiry: to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Security and delivery of the site: our legitimate interest in operating a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of processors, each under their own data-processing terms:

• Resend — delivers the contact-form email to our inbox.
• DigitalOcean — hosts the website and the contact-form function.
• Google Fonts — serves the site’s fonts; your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address for that request.
• Google Calendar — only if you choose “Book a call”, which opens Google Calendar so you can propose a time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then delete or archive them. Server logs are kept only as long as our host retains them for operational and security purposes.

TikTok for Business API data

We operate an internal tool, “JTS Commerce Campaign & Account Manager”, used only by our own staff. With authorization from the Business Center administrator, it connects to the TikTok for Business API to access ad accounts owned by our Business Center or shared with us by partner Business Centers.

Data accessed: ad account details and status, balance, spend and transaction records, campaign, ad group and ad settings and performance reports, creative files we upload, and Business Center member and partner information needed to manage access.

Use: solely to monitor balances and spend, manage budgets and spend limits, manage user access and account sharing, and create, edit and pause our advertising campaigns. We do not sell this data, share it with third parties, or use it to build profiles of TikTok users. The tool does not access TikTok users’ personal data.

Storage and security: data is stored on access-controlled servers (DigitalOcean, Frankfurt, Germany, EU), encrypted in transit, and accessible only to authorized JTS Commerce staff. API access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time by the Business Center administrator.

Retention: account and reporting data is kept for 24 months for financial and operational records, then deleted. Data is deleted on request or when access is revoked.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, object to processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
